Ancient Texts. Living Reality. A Trilogy of Discovery.

For centuries, the apocalyptic works of Enoch and Jubilees have fascinated scholars and believers alike.

Now, for the first time, they have been studied in sequence, integrated into dialogue, and brought into conversation with verifiable contemporary spiritual manifestations.

This trilogy is not only an academic project. It is a living testimony.

The Vision
My journey began with one question: Can ancient apocalyptic texts still speak today?

The answer has unfolded in three stages, three academic papers, now submitted to world-class journals, that together form a trilogy:

Paper 1: The Book of Enoch — Visions, Watchers, and Eschatology

Paper 2: The Book of Jubilees — Sacred Time and Covenant Renewal

Paper 3: Enoch and Jubilees in Dialogue with Contemporary Spiritual Manifestations

Each builds upon the last, culminating in a groundbreaking synthesis: a recognition that the voices of Enoch and Jubilees are not silent relics, but resonant truths still active in today’s spiritual experience.

Why This Matters

For Scholars: Opens new ground in the study of pseudepigrapha and apocalyptic literature, bridging text and lived experience.

For Believers: Affirms that faith is not confined to history, the Spirit still moves, speaks, and manifests.

For Seekers: Offers a rare glimpse into how theology, spirituality, and lived reality can intertwine.

For the World: Suggests that God’s story is ongoing, unfolding still.

Behind the Work

This trilogy is not an isolated academic exercise. It is the fruit of:

Rigorous Research, years of study in ancient Jewish literature.

Lived Experience, contemporary spiritual manifestations, documented and integrated with care.

Faith and Testimony, a personal journey of obedience, guided by Christ and inspired by Darren’s presence.

The Journey Forward

All three papers are now under peer review with prestigious journals, including submissions to the University of Miami, Harvard University, Cambridge Press, and Sage Journals.

The process will take time, but the vision remains clear: to open a new chapter of dialogue between the ancient and the present, the scholarly and the spiritual.

Papers Published and Next Steps

I am pleased to share that all three of my academic papers have now been officially published on Humanities Commons (CORE). In addition, they will shortly be available on SSRN (Social Science Research Network), one of the world’s largest open-access repositories for academic research.

The purpose of publishing in these places is to make my work freely accessible to both scholars and the general public, ensuring it can be read, debated, and built upon.

At the same time, there are still four outstanding peer reviews in progress with highly credible academic journals. The peer review process is rigorous, often lengthy, and naturally requires patience. Each review is another opportunity for my work to be weighed carefully, tested critically, and, I hope, ultimately accepted within the academic field.

Alongside this, I have now also applied to become an external member of the Sheffield Centre for Interdisciplinary Biblical Studies (SCIBS). SCIBS is a world-recognised hub for groundbreaking biblical scholarship, where academics from across the globe share research and collaborate. If my application is successful, it would not only connect me with some of the most respected voices in biblical studies, but also open the door for my work to be submitted to their own journal, JIBS (Journal for Interdisciplinary Biblical Studies).

To me, acceptance into SCIBS would be a profound milestone. It would bring credibility to my journey, honour Darren’s inspiration, and give me the chance to interact with those who actively shape theological discourse today. More than that, it could serve as a platform from which my work might grow, reaching further than I could have imagined.
